    Due to the nature of genuine leather and the gradual fading of the leather’s dye, this product will become more unique with use. The item is made of natural leather without a finish, which makes it more prone to color transfer.     * The cotton-polyester blend makes the fabric easier to care for and more resistant to wrinkles, fading, and wear.     MANUFACTURING#

    All muud products are manufactured in the company’s own factory in India, in accordance with an agreement between Denmark and India. This means that muud monitors working conditions in its factories in accordance with European Union standards, which are higher than those in effect in India. This includes working conditions, wages, and working hours.

    The leather used in production comes from Indian dairy cows that lived freely in the wild, without being confined to a dairy farm. Once the cows have fulfilled their primary purpose of milk production and die, the leather is separated, allowing manufacturers like muud to purchase this magnificent byproduct—a product that would otherwise have been destroyed.

    The Indian cows that provide the leather for muud are therefore not raised specifically for leather production.
